Kirk Wilder is the Chief Fitness Officer and President of Utopia Food + Fitness. Kirk is also founder who came up with the idea, and has been working with food and fitness for 38 years. Fitness and health have been a lifetime pursuit for Kirk. As early as high school, he poured over textbooks and research and followed programs that allowed him to build muscle. He later joined the U.S. Navy, where he trained pilots and kept them in peak physical condition. After a brief detour in accounting and real estate, Kirk returned to his passion and started his own fitness clubs.
Kirk is behind several successful diet and exercise programs including Diet-Free, The Nautilus Diet, and Calibrations. His most successful development, Biometrics One-on-One, received scientific verification from UT Southwestern, and the results were published by the American Medical Association. The Utopia Food + Fitness program is the culmination of 32 years of hard work and education to empowering people to be their best selves.
Scott Wilder is the CEO and is responsible for the “vision” of the company: to grow it to a national entity. Scott brings six years of strategy consulting experience with Boston Consulting Group and a Wharton MBA to Utopia Food + Fitness. He grew up around the weight-loss industry, watching and eventually working with his dad, Kirk, on various combinations of nutrition and exercise. Scott spent several years working with start-ups before pursuing his MBA at Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where upon completion, he graduated in the top 5% of his class.
